Both times Ive unfortunately had to use Derek and his team his service has been outstanding. Very professional and compassionate in unbelievably sad circumstances. He treated us all with utmost respect. George Lightfoot Funeral Services went over and above to give my loved ones a special send off. Highly recommended

I would just like to say a massive thank you for providing my wife, Carolyn, with such a beautiful send off. From the very first phone call and meeting with Derek, Maxine and Linda to the beautiful ceremony on 29th December. George Lightfoot provided us all with so much comfort. From the big decisions to the finer details, you went above and beyond I will forever be grateful for your help and guidance during such a difficult time for all of us. Even when our visual tribute link expired you went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect for the service. Please pass on my thanks and best wishes to everyone involved looking after Carolyn. We couldnt have asked for her to have been placed in a safer pair of hands than yourselves. I just wanted to personally thank you for such an amazing job and a perfect service led by Caroline Woodruff.

Derek & the team at Lightfoots were simply amazing in helping us prepare for dad's funeral; kind, compassionate & caring From the moment we met Derek right through to the actual day, (and beyond in fact), he has been there for us as a family & there is no doubt that we were able to give our dad the beautiful send off he deserved because Lightfoots guided the way.
