This has to be one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. I placed an order and was promised a next day delivery. Goods had not arrived by 3pm so I tried to phone them. by 10am the following day, the phone has remained unanswered. Left 3 messages to no effect. Cannot understand how Amazon deal with such a company. Clearly not a serious business..J Back I am happy to say that the company has now been in touch with me and informed me as to when the delivery is to be effected. I understand their annoyance at the the comments made by me. I explained that my frustrations did not arise from the goods having been late in delivery but at the impossibility of being able to speak to anyone to look into the problem and try to solve it.

Excellent customer service and very helpful understanding staff when dealing with my complicated requirements. Fast delivery - can't reccomend highly enougyh.
