        Meat is cold on toasted sandwiches several times and when pointed out the next time in staff talk to you like you're crazy, very rude as others have recently posted, poor manners and poor training how to operate a microwave too.

        Usually great service from this store. Would be a 5 star rating from myself, however today at around 2pm I turned up to get some lunch, unsuccessfully. The door was locked with no sign of anyone inside, all the lights still on and food still in the countertop, almost as if the member of staff was just hiding in the back as opposed to having the business open as it should have been.

        Both times I have been to this branch, the female staff have not even acknowledged me as a customer, and literally threw my sandwich at me. They do not make you feel welcome. They need to be re-trained on customer service.
