I had my accident in January, I was hit by another car, I have only spoken to these solicitors on the day I made my claim, iv had emailed so many times and I get the same reply, someone will be in contact within 5 working days, this has never happened, I had my doctors app and was told I needed physio, needless to say, I havnt heard anything about physio, if you read this, please get in touch

Involved in rta , third party accepted liability. Communication with Bott &Co the worse I have ever experienced with any company. Impossible to get through to them by telephone, I have no idea how they consider this a correct way to run a business.. Would prefer to rate them zero , just ignore all my messages

Flight delayed over three hours,contacted Bott & Co ,result was ,after their fees I received 190,a fair result as the experience in the airport ,,waiting,had been draining.First time I claimed anything,easy and well worth it.

Lack of communication. I was in a very unfortunate car incident in November where my car was written off at the scene, air bags went off, I was knocked out unconscious and then taken to hospital. My friend who used to be a solicitor recommended bott and co to me and said they would take good care of my claim. Unfortunately, he was wrong. I have had barely any communication with them and when I try to email or ring for clarification or to chase up my claim, I get nowhere. My partner who was in the passenger seat has received his offer. I am yet to hear anything and have requested calls for clarification. UPDATE: Bott and co rang me today to discuss my case and explain the process moving forward. The supervisor was incredibly helpful and patient. Couldn't have asked for a better phone exchange. I did apologise for having to go through this root to be able to talk to a member of staff. She gave me all the information we discussed in an email and arranged a call back for a month's time. I am pleased with the outcome of our call. Thank you for accommodating me and making me feel valued.
