My wife has been here several times previously; really disappointed though with the result of our service today for her car. The car service itself was fine and so was the lady my wife dealt with, but unfortunately the "Ford trained technicians" decided to completely damage our front dashcam beyond repair. We've had similar issues before here where the camera has been messed around with (turned around, taken off it's bracket etc, no idea why - what are they trying to hide?!) so we always unplug now when dropping off - the camera was very clearly not on and unplugged at both ends. Yet for some reason, during our service today the staff have physically tried to rip the dashcam out of its bracket (there's absolute no way the damage caused could have been accidental) shattering the plastic between the camera and the bracket in multiple places. This wasn't flagged at all when we picked the car up (in fact, they tried to hide the damage) and it's just not on - what kind of person would cause deliberate damage to something inside a customer's car for absolutely no reason? Now we're left with having to fork out for a new dashcam but really disappointed that the technicians here could treat someone's property with such complete disregard and think that it's in any way acceptable to purposely damage any item within a car they're servicing. I'd seriously think twice before using the Wilmslow branch again.

Purchased an Ecosport from TrustFord Wilmslow on 31st January '23 and unfortunately didn't collect it until 21st April. The staff at Wilmslow were helpful enough and it appears that the problem was at the Ford plant in Dagenham not seeming to have any urgency in distributing the vehicle. The car itself, when I finally took ownership of it, is very nice and now that I have it I am enjoying driving it, however the whole experience of buying the car was soured by having to wait 81 days to take ownership. Why it takes so long to deliver a car that has been made about a year ago and is about 5 hours away by road is beyond me and didn't do much for this customers satisfaction. This is the 4th purchase I have made at TrustFord, the other three were good experiences but this last one was not a good experience at all due to the length of time that I had to wait.
