I have tried 4 times without success to contact somebody, anybody would be nice, by email but without success. Each time I have had an automated reply "someone from our team will contact you shortly". Morectgan 6 weeks later NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME, am I surprised, not at all.

I just took my little pension that was originally with CIS and all went well. Staff were always helpful and quick to deal with me.

Actually tried to tell me that Tinnitus is curable and seemed perplexed that I was not aware of this groundbreaking cure. I`m still waiting to learn of this unbeknown medical wizardry..

Bad pension advisors, staff unhelpful and dismissive. Send an unhealthy amount of paperwork with no clear way to cancel and then when calling staff are rude and unhelpful and make it difficult
