    Awesome company to work for always helpful and professional ! NTS no longer does any in house training . That said I Passed my first Pts with Duncan rose. Yes he was very thorough and expected you to know everything in the Pts book !

    Avoid training from these people They are greedy and want you to fail so that they can charge you again. There are many other places...

    Please don't go with this institution for your PTS card course. The instructor is very rude and keen on failing you as they would charge you again for retaking the test. I paid 350 and I was the only one there for the 2 days course. I was told that there will be a test, the questions were played on the screen. I missed by one and was to come back again for test and asked to pay 175. As you can see that this is a scam and be careful as they would fail you.

    Very unprofessional training centre, I booked a PTS initial training with their Romford office 315 collier row,on the training day I noticed the trainer ( Duncan Rose)was a bullying using his strength to intimidate everyone in the classroom,imagine in a classroom of 11 trainee and he failed 10 candidates after each candidate as passed the network rail e-learning (ripping people off telling them to re-book the training for money sake) according to him he complained since network rail as introduced the new e-learning system it's always like that, but I believe is a game may be network rail can reverse the online training that is more of details compare to his training in the classroom because you can go through the e-learning as many time as you want for clarification. I asked for a superior officer to log the complain but he presented himself as the most superior and I contacted the law enforcement to report the dubious act and I was advised on the phone what to do which I'm in process of doing. I will never recommend anyone to book their training with this organisation; Imagine a trainer, when we went for track induction that doesn't follow the health & safety procedures while on the track and said he doesn't like to wear a protective hat and did not wear it ,what can you learn from such a trainer ? but he was the one picking on everyone and condemned everybody. It is a shame a reputable organisation like NTS premier services can keep such a person as one of their trainer .
