Wilmslow Shines

I paid 43 for my 3 door car to be washed and cleaned inside. I have used this company before and always felt they did a great job and it was worth paying that but more however this week I took my little car for the same service. When I collected I was in a rush so didnt check it over fully however on getting home there were dirty brown drips marks, the alloys werent cleaned properly, the wing mirrors had marks on, the windscreen had bit smears on the inside. The car hadnt been vacuumed properly and the seat runners were full of crumbs and bits. The inside of the drivers door had brown marks inside where they hadnt wiped it out properly. There wasnt even a little smelly tree as usual. He had told me the seats wouldnt be washed but i expected a vaccum and a wipe down however apparently that also wasnt done. I returned the following day and apologised but said the car had not been cleaned fully and explained my concerns - very politely I might add - to be told they couldnt clean the seat runners because the vaccuum couldnt get to that. And he would give it another vacuum, it would take 10 minutes but that was the most he could do. He did not apologise and made it clear he did not agree. When collected the car he had cleaned the windscreen and the inside door but nothing else. I am really disappointed in this service as I normally find the staff so nice and helpful and rang car has always been spotless on other visits. I now however will not be returning to pay that kind of money for a poor service. Service: Auto interior vacuuming
