Not only has Lauren made my skin 100% better with the treatments she offers, she also helps and guides me with the best skin care routine for my skin type. Been going to Lauren for about a year now and will not use anybody else. Would 100% recommend!!

Love Laurens bespoke facials! Weve worked together to really target my problem areas & concerns and the results are really showing. Lauren can tailor & personalise facials to suit the individuals needs. I would 100% recommend Vida treatments

I had the blackhead blast facial, and it is AMAZING! Ive had a lot of facials in the past that basically do nothing, but this one makes your skin feel so clean and soft. Lauren talks through each step that shes doing and makes you feel super comfortable. If you suffer with blackheads and congested skin like I do, its a must!

Ive just returned from the most wonderful treatment by Lauren who made me feel so much at ease, was extremely professional but genuinely friendly and has a great home set up (now on Prestbury Road, near Hough Lane, no longer Lacey Green). Im not one for high street or posh salon environments as I never feel relaxed having any treatments, so this was perfect for this rare occasion that I needed some me time. My body is extremely tense all the time and my muscles obviously reflect this and I suffer headaches on a daily basis. Lauren gently but firmly worked on my upper back muscles, neck and head, quickly identifying problem areas and worked methodically to release all the tension. I felt totally relaxed as she just quietly concentrated on releasing the tension. She continually checked on whether the pressure was too firm or not, rather than just pummelling away, which was reassuring. It was a meticulous massage too, not just a general rub; it felt really well thought out, planned, purposeful, as she worked on different sets of muscles. I felt like I was in knowledgeable, good hands. I have a lower than normal hairline at the back, so with the dermablade, Lauren tidied up the back of my neck as she doesn't do waxing, and she has made a huge difference. I feel perfectly tidy again, rather than all unkempt and embarrassed whilst wearing my hair up!!! Lauren totally understood how it made me feel and accommodated my needs just so. Lauren then removed my downy facial hair followed by the most fantastic facial I have ever had. Using various types of machinery as well as gentle massage. It was really lovely that she explained everything that she was doing, what it did and how it helped. All in all I think I can honestly say this was the best massage and facial I have ever had and, if I could afford to have it every week I certainly would!!!! One thing is for sure, this will be on my present list for many years to come; I don't want anything else now!!! If you're besotted with dogs, ask for a little dog therapy on the side and you'll be utterly delighted and even more relaxed. I can't wait to go back. I'll be missing out my headache tablet in the morning praying that this could be the solution to my daily tension headaches... Thank you so much Lauren.
