Amazing gym and facilities! Completely different to a commercial gym, really luxurious and inviting. I have been having one on one personal training for four weeks now and I can't believe how good the results are! Would definitely recommend!!! So pleased i discovered Totus!

Prior to working with Mikki, I have been with 3 different personal trainers, all at local gyms but have never had any success. I recently had a baby and really wanted to lose the extra weight and tone up. When I heard that there was a new personal training gym opening right on my doorstep I couldn't wait to sign up. The Gym itself has amazing facilities and I am absolutely loving the training, I can already see a massive difference after 8 weeks of training and not just in weight loss but my skin looks healthier and I feel great because with the advice and help off Mikki I have also changed my diet and I'm eating and drinking much healthier. I can't recommend Mikki highly enough, finally a PT who has driven me to get the results I want!

The Team at Totus have been nothing but professional from start to finish. Micky helped me formulate a package inclusive of nutrition as well as personal training; something I feel was always a gap in my management previously while under your run-of-the-mill gym. The facilities are modern and the work space is very welcoming. Coffees while I wait, and great wash facilities really make coming before and after work manageable with my hectic schedule. Thanks Guys
