CPM have now thankfully been sub-contracted to carry out works on our flat. From first point of contact; appointment arrangement to engineers attendance I have been very pleased with the excellent service we received. I found the engineers punctual, well informed and most professional. Most importantly, at all stages I was kept informed of the works to be carried out, these were completed in the agreed convenient time. The finished product both impressive and reassuring. I am my 87yr old mother's carer, and there was without doubt a sensitivity displayed to these circumstances for which I was very grateful. Excellent service from start to finish. I was having a boiler swapped out (including cylinder and water tank removal) and after getting a few quotes, I went with CPM. Quotes from CPM were competitively priced and they took the time to run through different options. The guys who did the work were polite, knowledgeable and tidy. In regard to the latter, there was literally no mess to clean up. Work was completed on time with no issues, would definitely recommend.
