I would give it zero stars if I could. I have been to the post office twice and have had a bad experience both times. The first time I was told to post an item it would be 15, so I took it to another post office and posted it for a fiver. The second time he was very rude and was more interested in the fact that he was shutting in 10 minutes than he was in helping me. Avoid at all costs because you will be overcharged.

Good if you know what you need - but this is the second time now I have been over-sold the postal service i needed. I said that I needed proof of delivery for my item - was sold special delivery - I queried if I needed recorded rather than special but was told no - it was certainly special. When I got home I double checked - and recorded would have sufficed. Special delivery cost literally twice the price of recorded - so I paid twice as much as I needed to. This is not the first time this has happened so please beware and do not put your trust in the counter staff to advice honestly on what level of postage you need.

I was disappointed because it's going through a refurbishment and had no prior warning that its closed the local paper made an announcement but that was a week after I found out. Otherwise when it is open the staff are friendly + helpful
