We moved into our new home in Crowborough just over a week ago and found that the gas boiler wouldnt start up again after being shut down by the previous owners. Marc came to look at it one afternoon and was perplexed by its installation and the readings from his electrical test equipment. He thought the most likely problem was that the circuit board needed replacing - dead electrically - and that the fan had failed first, blowing the board, but no guarantee that replacing them would do the trick. He obviously thought about overnight and phoned in the morning to say he had found a fan but there were two boards to choose from - could we investigate as he had to get on with a job. We did, found out the right part number from Worcester, found a merchant stocking it, and the fan, and fetched both. Marc came early Saturday morning, all the way from Dartford, and stayed until after 2 oclock flogging through misleading technical information from Worcester, eventually getting the boiler working. He then did a full check of all the parts of the boiler and heating system. That was above and beyond the call of duty. Many would have said they couldnt do it because they were booked out for the following week, which he was, but he gave up most of his Saturday to rescue us from a cold, miserable and uncertain start in our new home. We are very grateful to Marc and thank him for his great service.

Very knowledgeable & professional. Mark quickly worked out what was wrong with my boiler & fixed it. I have had no problems with it since but would definitely call on him again should I have any more problems.
