Absolutely shocking service. Got a text message stating parcel will be delivered tonight between 20.50 and 21.50, then get another message at 21.05 saying due to no one being in (we are all sitting on the sofa purposely waiting for said delivery) it will now be dropped off at a shop. We have checked our doorbell footage and outside cameras and no DPD delivery drivers have come up the road..... Hmmm... What a surprise...!?
