White Lodge Vet Clinic - Williton

Clean and well looked after practice, but very unwelcoming. Its so important that dogs have a positive experience in practice, but the staff didnt acknowledge or greet my dogs even though we were the only clients in. The vet, while very professional, didnt seem to like dogs much and that was very apparent. Ive worked in practice for years, so my dogs are very well socialised and used to clinical environments. Today was the first time theyve been desperate to leave a practice as quickly as possible, which was sad to see as theyre only a year old and love everybody. I guess it depends on the level of service you are looking for in a practice, and whats important to you as a pet owner. This practice ticks the boxes for cleanliness, professional knowledge, and reasonable pricing, which one could consider to be all that is required for a perfectly acceptable service. However, if you are looking for a friendly team and a welcoming environment, then this isnt it.
