Disgusting dismissive attitude by Paul, boss. I arrived for the pre booked MOT for my large vehicle to be told by Paul that the pit was blocked by a vehicle awaiting parts. The reason he is not believed? This alleged 'pit blocked by vehicle needing parts' has happened to several people that I am personally aware of including a coach company. As soon as I mentioned an Orange Engine Management Light which simply needed a new sensor (already diagnosed elsewhere) his whole attitude was 'ooooh we don't touch anything electrical or diagnostic'. Code was a P0102 for those interested. Well maybe time to move on and retire because there ain't too many vehicles out there without an OBD port. Would not recommend.
