        Mr. Cabs took me to meet a member of the family at Bristol airport whose flight got diverted. He was very kind to me and insisted on staying at the airport till we found out exactly what was happening. This meant that he had to get other taxi's to cover other bookings he had. He was extremely thoughtful and very patient waiting with me when he could have left me there. We had to wait for over three hours before we got the correct information about what was happening. I vote him 110%.
