Not very efficient I rang 2 hours before they said prescription was ready, this had been ordered a week before. When I arrived I had to wait 25mins they came out with 3 items when I questioned why 3 they informed me that was my prescription when I said no they checked again another long wait. They came back with the rest so I thought, only to be told one of my medications were missing and they would have to order. Quite stressed by this time only to find when I got home there were more items missing.

Absolutely useless! Prescriptions never ready on time, always understaffed and frequently closed unpredictably. Went today at 12.40 to see a sign on the door today saying closed 1 -2pm. The rude woman refused me entry and said Id have to go back at 3pm. If I could give zero , I would.

Unfortunately, it's never open. Watchet pharmacy is the nearest pharmacy that's actually open.

Ordered prescription via GP surgery, Pharmacist was on the ball with my medication as I'm new to the surgery. My order was ready within the hour of being sent the request. The staff were friendly.

The pharmacist was friendly and reassuring and gave me a ring as soon as my emergency prescription had come through from my GP. Very grateful for your help today :) Thank you
