I ordered door cards from Exmoor over 2 months ago and were told they were in stock.Two months on and they still have not arrived despite broken promises of delivery . I have had no contact from Exmoor apart from my phone calls to them. They have not responded to any of the multiple emails. I understand delays but there complete lack of customer service is appalling for such a premium product. UPDATE .following John the sales directors input the order was received. He followed up and made sure the product arrived and apologised. Thank you

I have ordered a black hood for my defender 130 hcpu in january 2023 , after 4 months i did not receive anything They just e mailed me postponing the delivery again I am very disappointed

Recently enquired about a hood for my 90" Defender wasn't 100% sure with what I needed.Spoke to a chap called Jake in the sale team he explained to me exactly what I needed and made my ordering experience super easy by manually processing the order while we spoke. Fantastic service will definitely use Exmoor Trim again in the future. Once again many thanks for the help :D

I Recently bought a cap from Exmoor trim the delivery was super swift and I received the item within 1 day of purchase. The quality of the product is second to none and I can see myself having many good years wearing this. I would highly recommend their land rover merchandise to anyone thinking of purchasing. You wont be disappointed.

I have ordered new lining and cover for my Defender. I paid directly via Paypal, exmoor trim replied by email that I have to pay an extra delivery cost, which I know if I also pay this directly via Paypal, no problems so far. It should be 8 weeks delivery time. while I am now waiting for my purchased items I am getting more and more invoices from Exmoor trim. every time I contact Exmoor trim via the email address it repeatedly points to, I always get an automated response that people no longer work at Exmoor trim and refer to a new email where an equivalent automated response comes as a response. I'm still waiting for a response from the company and still waiting for my stuff without knowing anything. I think the service is worthless
