After ongoing problems with my boiler and heating system and numerous visits from plumbers over the last year, Shane was the only one who was able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem. He is very professional, I would definitely use him again in the future

My property was a bit of a challenge when it comes to install a heat pump (microbore pipework, cylinder location), and I've been told by many a company that I'd need a not-so-efficient high temp heat pump and/or replace all radiator piping, which I was not happy with. I wanted to have as efficient a system as possible with the minimum amount of disturbance and thankfully Shane took on the challenge and employed his Heat Geek certified knowledge to demonstrate that it was indeed perfectly possible to satisfy the heat needs of my property with a standard 7kw heat pump and without replacing the pipework, just the radiators.
