We have been using Hunwick Kennels for our dogs for roughly 8 years. Both our dogs Nova and Scooby are happy when getting dropped off, and are well looked after by the staff. Scooby our chihuahua is very timid around new people, and Scott has built up a great relationship with scooby making his stay more enjoyable. We would not go anywhere else! booking is easy, and Dropping off/Collecting is a breeze. Thank you Anita and her team.

Booked our cat in at 12:15 pm and paid the deposit plus the rest of the fee. Phoned back to cancel the booking as unbeknown to me my wife had made other arrangements, my cancellation was 45 minutes after I paid the fee, was informed that I would lose the 20 deposit. While I completely understand that deposits are taken for a reason I believe it was unjust for me to be charged 20 considering I was told they didn't have any other bookings in so therefore I would say they hadn't turned away any other business. I would expect to lose the deposit had it been a day or a few days after the booking but as I said it was less than 1 hour. Very disappointed and will definitely take my custom elsewhere in future.
