        Exceptional customer service, and an absolute pleasure to deal with! I bought online an Umage Asteria pendant lamp, and it was delivered more quickly than expected. As I was preparing to install it, it turned out that a small plastic part in the hanging mechanism was broken - clearly a manufacturing glitch. I called the store, explained the issue, and the response was incredible: a pleasant phone conversation was quickly followed up by an email, confirming that they had contacted the UK distributor, and a replacement part will be shipped to me anon directly from the distributor. I received it the next day (!), along with another email message apologising for the inconvenience. The lamp is beautiful, and I look forward to the next opportunity to deal with this outfit.

        I emailed the company albeit nearly a year after I received some items. They werent opened until now and one of the items was broken. I have asked for a response to my query and have been ignored.. I just want part of the item not all of it. There seems to be a part of the handle missing..Its a toilet brush but it was 60. Not cheap so dissatisfied with the quality.

        Found BdB via a Google search as wanted a specific colour way of picnic blanket that I couldnt find elsewhere. Super impressed as the speed of delivery - delivery with Royal Mail is always appreciated. Will not hesitate to order from them again.
