Great place to work! Currently an RT. The support is amazing from managers and other staff. The focus is on patient care and as a team we pull together and are living the values. Alot of staff such as myself have an NHS background. (Which I still work at when I can) the only difference being I can afford time for patient interaction, which sadly on NHS wards we can't, due to time constraints. (But the care is always there) The communication is great theres always a helping hand. This is genuinely a patient focused place to work. :)

Sometimes there are hiccups along the way due to sickness but that can't be helped and we do our best to accommodate all patients as best we can which is stressful at times trying to arrange visits, other than that I love working here I have met some amazing people, in reference to the other reviews that mention zero hour contracts and technicians with no knowledge that is simply not true we are contracted staff with hours to fulfil and we have training and we do have knowledge we know what we are doing, some of these reviews on here are rubbish please don't be disheartened by them if your family member is served by bionical solutions please know that we do know what we are doing and we certainly don't panic when things happen we have great knowledge on the dialysis process and like I say sickness happens as it does in every workplace but we always do our best and we do care about our patients

As as care company they don't care for staff at all no support for staff when required.. staff on zero hours so they just terminate contract rather than support staff.. easier for them ..

These guys asked me to attend an interview on zoom. No one appeared. I was waiting over 45 minutes. I got in contact with them through email and also provided proof. No one got back to me. Absolutely ridiculous service

There is no consistency, we agreed 3-4 technicians as my dad is extremely vulnerable and suffers with Parkinsons and gets very anxious . Technicians arrive late or not at all . Causing the patient and the Family extreme distress .This is causing us huge problems as dad is bed bound and a palliative patient .
