Not had KFC for some time thought I would try the Willington KFC
So pull up and place order lady on the intercom super miserable
Order my 2 boneless banquets and 2 drinks
Get to window told no coffee turned machine off
Ok take off the order I say
Still charged full up
Then I get the food
Counted maybe 12 chips
Food cold
And whats happened to the gravy this used to be to die for and now bisto granules are thicker!!!
All in all poor service cold food overcharged and I wish I had gone to McDonalds!!!
Come on Willington KFC need to do better !!
