        Macca has been an amazing coach. He has helped me build my strength, shed fat and improve my overall performance in the gym. I couldnt be happier with my progress so far and excited to set more goals to reach in 2022.

        I've been training with The MacFit group for a year now and it has been the best investment I have ever made for myself. Macca is professional, knowledgeable and really supportive. We have weekly check-ins and regular goal setting and I always leave my sessions feeling great and with a positive mindset. I have way more confidence in the gym since starting and I can rely on Macca for the banter I need to make training fun when it feels tough. He celebrates my wins in and outside of the gym and I would recommend his PT services to everyone!
