* I meet Michael 23rd Nov 2022 to discuss what we needed done. * He is happy to do the works, telling us that it could be done in January 2023 and asks us to send him the invoice/info for the log burners and materials we already have. I sent this over on the same day- 23rd November 2022. * I then hear nothing back until 2nd December when I receive an email from them saying that they only just found the email and that Michael will now get a price out to us. * I ring and leave messages at the end of December- hear nothing back. * I sent an email letting them know that we have suffered a flood and have all the carpets up and so would be a great opportunity to get the log burners installed before new carpets are laid- I hear nothing back. * I ring your office again early January and also Michaels number that he provided me with and left a message- heard nothing back. * I then receive a quote from them on 17th January 2023. I reply immediately asking when the works can be done, only to be told end of March/start of April. * they then explain this as being the case because they have taken lots of bookings in a small space of time, completely disregarding the fact that we enquired for works to be done in November 22, being told we could be fit in in January, and then only receiving our quote 17th January! This company's customer service and communication is piss-poor! Go else where!

Very professional quality work. 2nd wood burner and work carried out by Michael and his colleague. This time needed more work in a very old cottage and very pleased with the results. Michael is punctual, selecting good quality material and friendly.
