I can only speak of my experience as an online bidder so please bear this in mind, however the lot I bought on was clearly misdescribed. The lot was for 15 Silver coins. However, 4/15 were bronze/copper/billion. Such a simple misdescription is hard to forgive from a professional auction house. I am considering further action but I will avoid this auction house in the future and suggest you do as well.
