Personally I can not give any thing less than a 5 star rating. The whole team there have never been anything but exemplary In the service they have given me....appointments, referrals and Nurse appointments every 12 weeks for my B12 injection....excellent service and I thank you....

I've been going to this surgery for years. The staff are welcoming, kind and compassionate. I've never had a problem getting an appointment, which seems unusual in these times. Any problems I have had have been promptly dealt with and I feel lucky that myself and my family are able to access this kind of care.

I have been at this surgery for many years & rate it v highly. We all have bad days & so can medical staff. It's not perfect, nothing can be but I got an appt with the nurse within one hour recently. I've never had to wait longer than a week for an appt. They all display care & compassion even when the technology drives us all mad!!! The health authority makes up alot of the rules & pharmaceutical companies dont always deliver on time, but hey this surgery is high end in comparison to the ones in gainsborough & I would be reluctant to move out of its borough. This is my personal perspective, well done to all the staff. Thanku x

I have never been to a doctors surgery that are so efficient, the care they provide is amazing and Ive never struggled to get an appointment. Myself or my daughter are always seen within 24 hours if needed. Cant praise them enough.
