        Another brilliant session with Denise after my knee op. She has worked on the areas that have become knotted and tense and as a result I have much more mobility in both my legs and in my wonky arm. She also gives me stetching exercises which really do work. Thank you so much.

        Denise instantly made me feel welcome and put me at ease. I am a hockey player and the knowledge she has surrounding sports massage and injuries was impressive! She explained everything really well and the exercises she gave me were easy to understand and helped with my recovery. I would highly recommend Denise and look forward to my next appointment!
