        We are visiting my brother for the Christmas holidays, and he had the movie room booked for an evening screening. Management had double booked the room, leaving it to the residences to sort out who is going to use the room. Never seen anything like that on a similar building. Honestly really funny and extremely disappointing considering what they are charging for rent

        Rent went up by 20% on renewal with no real grounds, insect infestation for most of the year, when you leave you are pushed to pay for their cleaning service, and then riddled with costs and dont get full deposit. Not really a social building like other buildings around- hardly any events. Not worth the hassle, management are money grabbing. Sad bc this place has great potential. Frustrating customer service
