This is a letting agency with a very hands on touch. They don't get many stars because they couldn't sort out certain information properly and in a professional fashion which prompted doubts of if they are legitimate. Turned out they are legitimate. Their customer service is pretty up there and they arm you with all necessary information before letting you lease. If you also have any troubles, they are willing to renegotiate with the landlord on your behalf.

Amazing service! I have been helped greatly throughout the process of renting a property. It was easy and quick, the lady at the office Giada supported me with the language as well and she was amazingly patient. Professional at all times! Thank you to the manager Chris as well who welcomed us the first time at the office in Walthamstow. Absolutely perfect!

I recently moved into a property managed by quarter and couldn't be happier!!! Both Giada and Chris were fantastic throughout the whole process, super efficient and above all understanding!!! They helped me and were always available to answer all my questions.
