        Is there something wrong their number or have they disconnected the phone on purpose been trying to call for appointment since Friday the call just ends doesnt even ring

        Very disappointing service, on one occasion I was told by a doctor dont lie to me. Makes you think that you are an intruder and bother them and clearly shows that with this attitude you will not be taken seriously. it is a battle to get any referral.

        Terrible GP with terrible reception staff. I left them for another GP 3 years ago after they lost my hospital referral for months and refused to give me another one because "they were looking into it". They keep calling me to remind me to book a smear test. I keep telling them I've already had one and to please de-register me from their practice as I go somewhere else now and to please stop calling me. I've told them multiple times and they are still calling me. I had to block their number.
