Literally INCREDIBLE!! Have waited a long time to go here and finally made it for a Thursday night meal with two friends, who are not vegan but we all came away incredibly satisfied and desperate to come back again to try the different array of authentic Sri Lankan dishes. The owners were very kind and gave me a chai at the end of dinner despite not having ordered since my friends had, and they didnt want me to miss out! they explained dishes on the menu that we may never have heard of. Would recommend the meat alternatives and dahls, you can taste the fresh ingredients and the love!! Coming back soon for sure!

Usually great, fresh tasting Indian different from all the other places, but the latest takeaway we got was very disappointing. The usually bright green spinach and paneer curry was a dull brown and oily, the black dal was watery and lacked it's usual rich flavour. Also the prices seem to have gone up while the portion sizes have gone down. Going downhill? I imagine we'll give them another chance, maybe they have a new chef and inflation is causing problems, but not many.

We chose this place based on the reviews and ratings, and were extremely disappointed. So much so that I resisted writing a review straight away in case it was knee jerk, but even now, after reflecting for a few days, I feel sad to say this place felt overpriced and served poor quality food. Much of it was extremely watery and lacking the south Asian flavours one expects, with the final straw being the nans we were served; these resembled the ones you can buy in supermarkets, heated and served up - that's just not acceptable for any South Asian eatery worthy of the name.
