Good luck to you if anyone will answer your calls or emails. Never dealt with a worse rental company. They're not wrong claiming they're not like a regular agency - a normal agency actually corresponds with you

We booked a visit in one of their properties, which was confirmed by e-mail. We made ourselves available during the week, very excited about the region and the building. Arriving there, we waited and waited for almost 40 minutes. None of them arrived, emailed, called us or even answered the phone. It was raining and we were lucky to find a caf close to the place. Honestly, I think this is not the way you treat potential customers. If no one was available, why not to call or send an email prior to the appointment? Why not answering calls? Very disrespectful

After coming from one of the worst property agents i've ever experienced, it was always going to be an easy job to impress us but Fizzy Walthamstow and the team have exceeded even that expectation. Jason was so helpful throughout the whole process from viewings to handling us moving in, the flat is so so so great for the money and we love the area. Not many landlords treat their tenants like this so it's appreciated!
