    Installation was unprofessional and incomplete. My home was left unsecure and the installation team did not tell me my home was not fully secure. Camera that came with my package was also not installed, I eventually found out the operative kept it. Creeping cost, undisclosed at initial point of sale. After multiple complaints, I eventually had the system removed. My walls were left with holes, operative did not fill my walls. After over 10 working days of waiting for my full refund, I have not received my refund. Service team are rude and create confusion for customers, directing you between the branch and head office. Total disconnect between different teams. DONT BUY THIS SYSTEM!! YOU WILL BE FRUSTRATED BY THE SUPPORTING SERVICE.

    The service was good. But it became terrible when I moved out - I try to cancel my service by emails/phones as moving home, but there is no reply and direct debit keeps charging me. I have to cancel my direct debit. After that, they keep sending me the bills and ignore all my request of the cancellation. It really piss me off.
