  • We rented an apartment through this agency, and we did not regret it. Quick registration, answers to all questions, even during non-working hours they helped us. It was very nice when they went to our meeting to resolve an issue that is not stipulated in the contract. In a word, they are ready to help in various life situations. Thank you)))

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I rented a 1 bedroom flat with Harsun for a year (September 2021-September 2022) and couldnt get out soon enough. When I moved in, the freezer drawers were broken and we were told to replace them ourselves. The cleaner had not been for the beginning of tenancy clean due to sickness, and Alexandra had told us she had given the flat a once over, however the flat was in a shocking state. There were adult toys left under the sofa, and thick dust and grime everywhere including a washing machine covered in mould. This was photographed and sent to the landlord but received no response. The ground floor fire escape was covered in black mould, and their contractors painted over this with white paint multiple times throughout our tenancy instead of fixing the root of the problem. The communal areas were often full of buggies, childrens bikes etc which were never a nuisance and didnt block the fire escapes, however threatening emails were sent to all tenants regarding this on multiple occasions. A padlock was added to the communal carpark gate during our tenancy, and none of the tenants were notified of this, but a key was supposedly placed under everyones front door. I had been out with my toddler nephew at the time and was locked out in the rain at 10pm. Alexandra answered the phone and her solution was to ask a neighbour to let you in, only to find she had not put a key under our door either, so we had to borrow a neighbours key to get one cut for ourselves as Alexandra had refused to do this herself- she even had the cheek to ask us to get 2 keys cut so she could have one herself (this was taken off of our rent the following month). The contract stated you would have deductions taken out of your deposit if the flat wasnt left in an immaculate state ready for the next tenant, However we left that flat absolutely spotless despite moving in to a flat that looked like it hadnt seen a cleaning product in years. The building was extremely hot despite never using the heating, and the windows had to be open in the winter months to make it liveable, the heat was stifling in the summer months and quite unliveable. Alexandra rarely answered any queries or concerns within a week, and trying to get hold of Sunil was even worse. I complained about an issue and was asked by Alexandra to speak to Sunil about this, however sunil did not respond for over 4 months by which point I had already handed in my tenancy notice. 7 weeks before my tenancy was due to end we were pestered about whether we would continue or terminate our contract, however we did not have to notify the landlord for another 3 weeks. Sunil continued to email frequently chasing our answer. The terms and conditions of us staying were as follows: the rent would increase by 33% as we are loyal tenants however it would be advertised at 200/month more if it were to go to somebody else. The flat was layer advertised externally at 200 less than we were quoted showing the cowboy landlords Harsun and co are. Other tenants we became friends with were very distressed as rent was increasing monthly, and for one couple it had increased from 1200 a month to over 2300 a month within less than 4 months. If youre wanting to live somewhere with landlords that will look after you and provide you with a safe and comfortable home, Id advise you look elsewhere.
