        Always a long queue. No effort to increase staff on peak days or times. Robot lives come in and go, that's all. This is the slowest serving office I have ever witnessed. They all pretend to look busy but do nothing.

        Awful customer service from the manager of the balloon shop. We wasted 22.50 on 15 balloons that stayed inflated for a few hours. They will not issue a refund and wanted to give me a 5 credit to use in store. I will no longer use the post office or the party shop. If the post office manager took less smoking breaks, he might have the time to care about his shop.
