I went there for my first time to get my nails done and manicure, firstly they keep changing they price and they actually lie about it to my face furthermore they have no customer service at all is shame how they treat people, and also when I got my nails done they actually did a bad shop I literally had to take them out the following day and I paid 53pounss for what! Never ever again they also damaged my fingers. I would never recommend that shop to anyone! Service: Hand & foot massages

The shop has changed management (such a shame) appears none of the original staff there. Will never use this shop again. Had a pedicure & shellac done: total rubbish badly painted. Manicure: the shape of each nail differ had to have the vanish removed as it started to lift & bubble, then told if I wanted clear vanish would have to pay extra - wish I had cut and filed them myself would have saved my money. NEVER AGAIN

READ THE REVIEWS ! I want to give them a minus. I came here to get my nails done for a wedding. I knew this was a local shop, so went to try it. Supporting the local community and all. Disclaimer: I did not read the reviews. I got my nails done and paid 40 (including tipping). 6 hours after leaving the shop, two nails had chipped off. I went back to the shop to explain. The nail technician redone my nails, but said I would have to pay to get the nails done again. Customer service in the bin. Absolute shamble of a shop. Furthermore, they charge an extortion amount for very poor quality work. AVOID AT ALL COST. If you want to take the risk and go to the shop.you have no one else to blame.
