One star even that is too much for the miserable rude volunteer that works here.. long dark hair with eyeliner like shes had it on all week.. I've been in here twice now and shes been equally as rude each time I go in there... next time I go in if she is rude I will tell her so no matter how packed the shop is... to the tall man who works there thank you for helping with my simple enquiry that hag bag couldn't be bothered to help me with let alone look at my face when I talk to her

This shop needs to improve their customer service. I went in to ask about some weights I had seen in the shop window while the shop was closed and the lady behind the till told me they were available, but when I asked where they were she seemed confused. She asked a tall man who I assume is the shop manager where they were, and he dismissively said 'they didn't sell them'. She was adamant they were still there, and I explained that I had seen them in the shop window. The manager was acting very odd and kept repeating 'they didn't sell them' and 'didn't have them' without even coming to talk to me or check. So I walked around to talk to him directly and he was very dismissive of me, not looking me in the eye and trying to walk away from me and get rid of me. After asking several times what happened to them (i.e were they sold?), again explaining they had been in the shop window, he finally said someone had bought them that morning, but it seemed like he was lying or making this up as his behaviour was very odd (perhaps he took them for himself). The lady who had been on the till all day didn't seem to think they had been sold either. Anyway, all in all a strange experience. To make matters worse , the shop was packed with people just standing around and gossiping. The shop is very small and there were definitely too many people in there and not socially distancing.
