Absolutely awful experience! Unprepared and unprofessional, poor due diligence which resulted in the sale falling through.

Request info about a viewing on a Sunday evening, received a reply the next morning (monday) asking to provide a bunch of personal details before arranging the viewing. I've provided the info within the next 2 hours. No reply, it's fine, the agent must've been busy. I've sent a 2nd email on Wednesday asking for an update about the viewing. Still no reply. Today I saw online that the flat is "let agreed", still no reply from the agent. I don't think I asked too much, a simple "sorry, the flat has been rented" would've been more than enough. Very poor customer service.

Horrible experience, landlord wouldnt respond to agents (obviously not their fault, thats not why I am upset). Called constantly for any update, was assured as soon as they heard anything they would let me know. Would phone and my agent would be busy, they told me he would call me back when he was back in the office, he never phoned me I always had to phone. Check the flat again and its now let agreed with no one contacting me with any update. Horribly handled, just glad Ive found a flat with an agent that actually keeps in contact with their customers.

The service I received was truly brilliant. I have bought and sold quite a few houses in my time and can honestly say that this is the best estate agent I have ever used. I would recommend Daniels to anyone looking for a highly competent, polite and professional estate agent. We are happy with their service. Russell and his team, Reece and Manson, always go out of their way to help. I highly recommend them to sell your property. They understand the concept of customer experience in practice. They went over and above in order to get a successful outcome. They believe it is the result that counts. Every litter helps, Daniels. They believe Captain Sir Tom Moors once said Tomorrow is a good day. Russell is a good Manager and Leader who believes Get it done.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this agency, its literally a joke - Ryan and Reece have been very hard to reach out throughout the process and also I have reason to believe this agency does illegal practices. I signed and paid the holding deposit for a property. After few days Ryan said there was some hold ups (something to do with the landlord not having license to rent or something along those lines, most likely bs). After two weeks with very few to no updates Ive been told that the house is deemed inhabitable due to the electric grid of the building being busted. Luck had it that I moved into another flat on the same street, and the flat that was inhabitable is currently rented by someone else, meaning that all the issues were made up, and now I have reason to believe Daniels advertise properties after you sign the lease. Dont waste your time with them.
