I will be recommending this place to everyone! I went into the shop today to buy a SIM card. The gentlemen didnt charge me for the sim instead he said put the money in charity! We need more people like this in the world. Ill be going in just to buy random bits to support this business moving forwards. Great customer service skills guys! Keep up the incredible work!

Hi Im Des & a local resident in Willesden. When Im in the market for anything to do with mobile phone I always shop or it more feels like going to see family. You will not receive better informative professional service, than Fone Us. In this day & age of cost of living crisis none of us really like to part with money. However parting with money when youre giving it to Fone Us who are always warm & friendly & gives you informative help with a smile. Then parting with money doesnt feel as bad. Not only do they sell phones & phone accessories, they also sell lap tops, Bluetooth speakers, headphones, TVs They also do repairs. FONE US is by far the best mobile phone shop for miles around.

Avoid this scammers, bought a huawei phone from this specific shop and within few days been back there trying to exchange for a different model (as the one I bought didn't had Google play store) and it was getting very hot when in use. . The workers there they don't even listen to the issues I have, one of him just start screaming around like "no no we can't change it is your fault, you should check the phone " and he was close to start fighting with me. I agree that 60% is my fault but when buying 250 phone you expect everything to be fine with it at least for a while. Just wasted 250 please don't be like me(this happened in edgware shop

Came in for my phone screen to be repaired. The gentleman made everything simple and easy and told me what I needed. He was the cheapest quote with his first quote as I went to other shops. Highly recommend and knows what hes doing. Many thanks
