Circlelet

Initially posted a good review but I have had to change it as they have disappointed me too many times. It took several emails to get them to fix the internet. They fobbed my off many times saying it is working when it wasn't. Eventually an engineer came round but the house was without internet for more than two weeks before it was finally sorted. I don't know how long they had been having issues before I moved in. The lock on my door is an ongoing issue. As per council regulations the locks are meant to be openable from the inside without a key. I had to make phone calls and sent many messages and emails. Initially I was just told that I was wrong and there was no issue. This was the last email I received: "Dear Jonny Infact you should be advised already of our attendance due tomorrow Regards " That's the whole email- I haven't cut it off. They had not told me prior to this. Honestly gobsmacked at the tone. I was promised my room would be clean before I moved in but it was filthy. Like, absolutely disgusting. Triggering alegies I never knew I had. Took ages to clean it.

Hi there. I was looking for a room for about a month in SpareRoom and I finally found a room. I would like to thank Barbara for her patience first all and for the help .
