Dear brothers and sisters since my bad and worst experience with his so called IDEAL HAJJ+UMRAH ,last February I have booked another one with the true professional in Haj and Umrah and it was an amazing experience , you couldn't ask for more the difference between the two agencies is like chalk and cheese , we paid nearly 900 less than kinder Garden agency and stayed longer 09 and above that they offered us hotel in Madinah with free breakfast amazing days we have have had and kids and wife were grateful , the agent was calling us to see whether everything is fine it was a wonderful touch with the staff ,brother and sisters I would advise you to think not twice but million times about booking with this Agency and please shop around, I am sure you will find better deal don't rush . wish every one who is going to Umrah the best and take care .

Dear brothers and sisters , I have scored this travel agent with 1Star as truly doesn't deserve one AT ALL , I have had a worse experience with them , I have booked my first Umrah with this agency for 6 day and the cost near the 4000 mark, I have paid and me and family were excited about the trip , sent all copies of passport for visas purposes to the agent I was dealing with; later I have noticed that the agency have charged me for the 6th night even though my flight on my last day was 02:00am which make it impossible to stay the last night and got that night refunded after few battle ;on the 23/12/22 which was the date of the travel and once arrived in Stansted airport we have been told that my passport doesn't have a 6 months validity therefore we couldn't go and obviously my wife couldn't do Umrah as she needs Mahram as per our Sunna so I called that agency and have spoken to the manager who was shocked and asked me for proof in writing that we need a 6 month at least which indicate even the manager of the agency has got no knowledge of this basic criteria so i have searched it on internet and sent him ,we have returned home and the manager has said that he will claim flight taxes and advised me that it will take around 4 weeks but it took longer and every time i message them they will say call us next week until around 20/03/2023 where he had received a partially refund of 216 but requested to respond to his email and have put my bank account details but haven't received anything UNTIL TODAY ,WE THOUGHT THIS AGENCY WERE PROFESSIONNAL AND KNOW ALLTHE CRITERIA OF UMRAH BUT OUR EXPERIENCE SHOWED THE OPPOSITE .

Please please please stay away from these people dont do any business with them they will ruin your Umra they literally lied about everything from the flight to hotel to the car services your hotel from 4 stars it will be 2 stars once you get there and airline they will also change after you have paid them and they will Give you a good excuse for it you know the worse part is they know you are going to Umra they take advantage of it knowing that you will just except it and not go crazy on them because you are doing Umra of good deeds and all of that dont fall for their ratings they pay people in Pakistan to give good reviews those are all fake.. these people are the worse kind because of Hajj and Umra they take advantage of ripping you off..

Firstly I would like to mention that I rarely ever leave reviews. I am leaving this review to help anyone who is planning to book with this company. This company is a subsidiary of FLYUNI. the director Dr Zafar is the same but has just placed his partners name on the company house. This subsidiary is made as FLYUNI has many bad reviews. We travelled as a group in February half term. Immediately at stansted the flight had been cancelled. I was told by mr TANZEEL (agent), that they would only refund me this single flight and nothing else and I should check the flight status. He took no responsibility for the fact that the airline cancelled all flights 2 days prior and we were the only ones at the airport expected to board their flight. We paid for our own flights using a different agent as IDEAL HAJJ AND UMRAH were not helpful at all. They refunded us 300 each for this cancelled flight. We paid 700 each using the alternate flights. Then once we arrived the Makkah hotel was not booked and we had to wait an hour for this. Madina is where the issues really started. The hotel was disgusting! Bed bugs everywhere. Damp everywhere. When I contacted TANZEEL (agent) or Dr Salem(co-director) and Dr Zafar. They were not supportive at all. Instead they said, you have booked a 3* hotel not 5* what do you expect? They actually advised me to complain to the hajj and umrah department in medina about THEIR HOTEL! We had a family with small children so we managed to get them an alternate hotel for 5 nights. This company offered us half the money to help once we threatened with legal action. However once I returned surprise surprise they negotiated this fee down. They are a COMPLETE SCAM. If you read this review and have paid a deposit, use the consumer act law to get a refund. If you continue with them then its solely on you. I promise you they will ruin your holiday and pilgrim.
