We recently completed the sale of our flat and received the most outstanding and professional service from Ross White and his team. From the very beginning through to completion Ross worked tirelessly, advising us, giving regular updates and constantly liaising with us, the buyer and the solicitors. We have found Ross to be extremely proactive, responsive, honest and professional. Ross was 100% committed and went above and beyond in what was at times a challenging sale. Not very good or responsive. We rented a property with this estate agents and we had mice is the WHOLE time. The area isnt nice to live in. We had someone throw a brick through our kitchen window so when it came to renew, of course, we were desperate to leave in which they tried to tell us thats just what are living in London is like and tried to force us to stay. Really poor experience, staff even argued with us. The next tenant is now paying hundreds extra a month for property which is freezing because of how poorly built and secured it is.
