Mags and her team give Estate Agents a good name. My mother was expecting to find the whole process rather stressful but they were brilliant, professional and crucially good communicators, keeping her informed at all times. She felt safe in their hands and would highly recommend them.

Even just for getting brief information, they need to know your saving information. And after I told her, she wouldn't believe and use really negative attitude. Bad service.

Landlords beware. We had a terrible experience with the management services. We received a notice from the council due to the issues in the flat not being fixed. The 2 year tenancy ended at 5 months as the tenants were extremely unhappy with the management service. They still charged the full year letting fees despite it being their fault that the tenancy ended early. High turnover with shoddy management service being handled from a central office that has never seen the flat. Please stay away!
