I contacted PF to discuss them acting as letting agents for a property near their office. From the moment the phone was answered the person was gruff, abrupt, rude and negative... Simply "not interested". I would not recommend them to any prospective landlords, tenants or buyers.

I have been with Parkinson Farr for two rented properties now and I must say their service is impeccable especially Riccardo our agent who helped us through the process had been so professional and amazing. He's a very friendly and approachable agent. I really recommend his 5 star service. Great job Parkinsonfarr Estate Agents and I'm grateful that we have Riccardo as our agent! He's very terrific! We just recently moved in to our new flat and everything went well and fast. As a first timer tenant, I had a lot of questions on which Riccardo didn't mind answering even if it was silly questions (for me at least).
