Food for patients very very poor. Need to change menu for patients. No potatoes and pies or apple pie with fake custard. Patients need nutritious food to recover. Not eating poison to die quickly.

I had my 4th Covid vaccine today(05/11/2022) I have been working 16 years in heath sector. I just want to say, I wasn't very comfortable with that nurse who given the injection, bcs of nurse did not clean my vaccination site on my arm with any surgical with cotton. After vaccine I was expecting her to do plaster or something but she did not attempt to do anything. I seen her name is Elizabeth, seems to me that nurse is in retirement stage. My feel so upset bcs of I know how much I have care of the patients. Sorry to say that unprofessional way is very risk for the people.

I called the reception early a.m. for the first time since the new male lead doctor took over and after waiting for over 35mins the receptionist, very kindly, explained they have a new system: the patient calls and describes symptoms to the receptionist then she takes notes and refers them to the lead doctor once he gets in, around 9a.m., and only he will decide if the person needs an appointment. Then she will call the patient back a couple of times until she gets through. In my unfortunate case of a 3 weeks bronchitis with persistent cough and headache and 5 days in bed unable to work, the receptionist called me back at around 11a.m. to let me know the doctor advise me to go to the pharmacy and get over the counter stuff! I thanked her for the doctor's no-help and hang up before getting more disappointed and frustrated. What kind of service is this?
