        Modern housing development, which while aesthetically pleasing from the outside, has clearly been a cheap build. Many flats suffer from cut corners in construction, fit and fittings. Top floor flats have had roof leaks, previously have had issues with communal heating and hot water. The potential to be a wonderful development dampened by rushed or cheap construction.
