PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID IT IF YOU CARE DOR YOUR HEALTH!!!!!!!!!! I don't know who's seeing/answering these reviews but I wanna start by saying that I will report this practice for negligence. Secondly, I believe that veterinaries treat the animals they have to care for better than This practice treats their patients, if they treat them at all. I've been in this practice since 2019 and I've only experienced let downs in here. After having a miscarriage that completely changed my reproductive health, and after experiencing very very bad periods, i have begged, BEGGED to be monitored and nothing. I've been told its normal to have miscarriages, and normal to have period pain even tho the pain is crippling.. From losing my samples 5 times, to losing the results, to not having any of the ultrasounds I have done since 2019, everything in here is just bad so I advise everyone reading these reviews to avoid this practice at all costs. The Dr iq app is only on for the first 3-4 h of the day and after it suddenly becomes unavailable to send messages. The phones are never answered, having to wait 2h on hold to talk to a doctor, is unprofessional, emails are not answered so I'm wondering what's the point of this practice existing at all, all the reviews n here are unhappy because all your patients are unhappy. this practice for negligence because I have to fight for my health, I have to fight for myself to be listened because otherwise no one cares. One of the worst GP's in the area. It's impossible to get an appointment or to see your doctor here. Wait 2 hours over the phone to speak to someone to then be told there are no appointments. It's disciple! I really don't know why they still accepting new patients if they can't handle or offer a decent service to their existing patients.

Ive had the same health problems for 2 years but nothing has been solved . I went to an appointment and left feeling like the doctor had assaulted me as she was just very aggressive. I then tried to go to another doctor about the same issue and he might as well have laughed in my face as this is how his response made me feel so Ive had to move doctors surgery. & even when trying to get my previous results for my new doctors they wont even answer the phone. Now I have to go there to get my results. Literally useless.

I just dont know how theyre legally still open JOKE surgery ..Recently signed up to this GP ,takes forever to get through and currently have long Covid its been five months Ive had blood tests etc spoke to doctor who was rude almost shouting and talking over me DR JOHN ..just rushing not really answering my questions or giving a diagnosis etc wasted appointment , worst surgery Ive ever dealt with still no answers or solutions
