Had a v good experience here. Got good advice from manger Jonty - not to the most expensive kits but to the most suitable for my needs. Thoughtful in understand what I needed. Good follow up also to questions I had. Smooth delivery and install process too. Excellent all round.

Shop is closed even though I called yesterday and was told it would be open 10-2 on Christmas eve.

Worst customer service in London, hands down. After paying for equipment, they didnt reach out at all for a month about scheduling for delivery. The assembly they contracted broke which should be fixed under warranty, and again no proactive response for a month. When calling them, they either dont answer at all or say well call you back soon with an update which has never happened. Their business should be closed for fraud taking money in exchange for faulty equipment and failing to deliver on contractual obligations.

Went on the website and found a whole list of things I wanted but thought I'd check out the store to see it in real life, I'm really glad I did. Ended up with only one thing from a list of 10 that suited my needs, John suggested a completely different approach and I now have an order in I'm really excited about. Will be a returning customer for sure. Highly recommend making the trip down to the Willesden store and asking for John!
